High Surf Advisory in Effect The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a high surf advisory for all south-facing shores of the Hawaiian Islands.

Wave Heights Rising Rapidly Surf is forecast to build to 10 to 14 feet by Thursday afternoon, nearing the 15-foot warning level.

Through Friday, 6 p.m. The advisory remains active as dangerous conditions develop along southern coastlines.
